The years between 22-35 represent the highest-leverage development period in this Human Capital lifecycle. Identity is forming. Direction is being set. Yet the wealth management industry has largely resigned itself to a different posture. Protective rather than developmental. Focused on what may go wrong rather than what could go right. EMBARK - Program Snapshot
The Legacy Nexus program begins with a discovery experience that tests individual capacity beyond anything previously encountered. Clients walk hundreds of kilometers on historic routes with their advisor as guide and companion. By removing daily noise and distraction, discovery happens free from outside interruption and contamination.
Preparation
Six to eight weeks of guided preparation. Physical training tailored to the selected route. Life inventory across each SPIES domain.
Together, advisor and client surface aspirations and fears, determine necessary equipment, and map the path ahead
The Passage
Two to three weeks walking carefully selected routes. Spanish Caminos, Japanese sacred trails, Mediterranean coastal paths, and others across
six continents. Each matched to the client's readiness and developmental needs.
The advisor walks alongside, observing talents and strengths as they emerge.
Sustained challenge strips away the performance layer that obscures most assessments. Physical capacity, emotional regulation, social and relational patterns, intellectual curiosity, spiritual orientation.
All revealed through lived experience.
Return
At journey's end, client and advisor have accomplished something tangible together. What was observed becomes the foundation of the client's Human Capital Portfolio.
